Turbud to Bali

   On 17th - 21th SMAN 3 Bandung held turbudaya to Bali. This is the yearly event that joined by 11th grader of this school. My class got the second fleet for the take off to Bali. In schedule we should take of at 12 o'clock but because the airplane was delay so we take off at 1 p.m.   Arriving in Bali, we go to Krisna. Actually we should have to go to Tanah Lot first, but because we don't have enough time because our plane had delayed before then we agreed not to visit Tanah Lot. On the first time in Krisna, i just bought some clothes for my family.     After going to Tanah Lot we went to Jimbaran for dinner. At first we enjoyed this moment while we are waiting for food we can take pictures and see the sunset. Then the rice come and there are some people who prepared for night performance. But unfortunately the rained just become heavily and disturbed our dinner. Everyone busy to find haven, rice and the other foods also been filled with rain water. B...

Natural Phenomena

Sun Dog What is sun dog?    Based on Wikipedia, sun dog are natural phenomena that show bright spots in the sky, often on the halo ring around the sun.    Sun dogs are created when sunlight penetrates a collection of hexagonal ice crystal plates arranged horizontally in high clouds (cirrus clouds). Refraction in this crystal deflects light with an angle of at least 22 degrees. Why it call sun dog?    Because this extra sunlight is like the dogs sitting next to their master, the sun. That's why the parhelion phenomenon is called sun dogs.     Sun dogs are the very rare phenomenon. Although the parhelion can be seen anywhere and at any time of the season, it does not always look radiant and brilliant. Parhelion appears clear and bright when the sun looks low. And usually it  can bee seen brigh if there are very cold condition in high clouds around the area. This phenomenon has happened in Kazakhzstan, Mongolia, Russia...
